Note: A separate application must be submitted for each staff member of a publication.
Credentials: Credentials can be picked up at the Press Conference in the week leading up to the meet (Friday, Feb. 7 at 11:15am) or at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center media entrance on the day of the event, Saturday, Feb. 8. (beginning at 2:15pm). You will be required to show identification to pick up your credential. 2014 New Balance Indoor Grand Prix media credentials must be visible at all times at the press conferences and meet.
Freelance: We welcome freelance photographers and writers, as long as they have an assignment from a recognized news outlet. Proof, in the form of a letter from the assigning editor, may be requested. No applications for freelancers will be processed without a URL to the publication and the name and contact information of the assigning editor. Thank you for your assistance.
Parking: Parking at the Reggie Lewis Center is limited, and fills up early. If you expect to arrive after less than one hour before the start of the meet, please plan to take public transportation; the Roxbury Crossing stop on the MBTA Orange Line is directly across the street. Camera crews and others with special needs should contact the media director for more information.
Transmission: The New Balance Indoor Grand Prix will provide the media with free wireless internet access. There will be no hard wired telephone lines available.
The window to apply for a media credential to the 2014 New Balance Indoor Grand Prix has closed.
